AnswerSignalAppFlorida Legal Help Intake

Compliance and consumer safety

The safeguards we hold ourselves to.

Legal intake attracts bad practices: scraped victim lists, pressure calls, vague promises. This page states plainly what we do not do, and what has to be true before any consumer is introduced to a participating Florida attorney.

Our safeguards

  • Opt-in requests only

We review requests a consumer submits themselves. No purchased lead lists, no cold outreach to people who never contacted us, and no submissions harvested from public incident data.

  • No scraped victim outreach

We do not mine crash reports, arrest logs, jail rosters, or court dockets to contact people. If you did not submit a request, you should not hear from us.

  • No medical-data acquisition

We do not buy, request, or ingest hospital, clinic, or medical-provider data, and we ask consumers to keep clinical records and medical identifiers out of intake.

  • No legal advice, ever

We do not answer legal questions, interpret charges, estimate value, or advise on timing. Those conversations belong with a lawyer, directly.

  • Represented matters are not routed

When a consumer says they already have a lawyer for the matter, we stop routing it. We also do not contact their existing lawyer on their behalf.

  • No attorney-client relationship from a submission

Submitting a request creates nothing between you and any lawyer. Representation can only start directly with a lawyer under that lawyer's own agreement.

  • Eligibility and location checks first

Before any connection, we check that a participating lawyer is lawfully permitted to practice law in Florida and available for the matter type and region. Their location is disclosed when a connection is made.

  • No Bar endorsement implication

We never suggest approval, endorsement, or certification by The Florida Bar, any court, or any agency, and we do not use Bar imagery or seals.

  • Sensitive identifiers stay out

Our forms ask for plain-language context, not identity or financial numbers. We warn against sensitive identifiers at every intake entry point.

  • The consumer stays in control

You decide whether to submit, whether to speak with a lawyer who contacts you, and whether to stop. You can ask us not to pursue your request further.

  • No hype, no fake urgency

No countdown timers, no invented statistics, no testimonials, no rankings, no awards, no guarantees, and no claimed results anywhere on this site.

  • No third-party trackers

This site loads no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies that would require a consent banner. Outbound intake links carry only non-sensitive campaign and page markers.

How we describe our regulatory posture

AnswerSignalApp operates as a consumer intake and connection service and designs its practices toward Florida qualifying-provider standards: using our own provider name, not implying that the provider practices law, connecting consumers only with lawyers lawfully permitted to practice law in Florida, disclosing a participating lawyer's location when a connection is made, and avoiding any suggestion of Bar endorsement.

These are standards we are designing and operating toward, and they remain subject to compliance review. We do not claim that any approval, filing, certification, or provider reporting process is complete, and we make no representation about the number of participating lawyers or executed participation agreements. Advertising and promotional materials should be classified and reviewed for Florida compliance before promotional use.

Keep sensitive identifiers out of your request

Share only what is needed for an intake review. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, medical record numbers, insurance member IDs, financial account numbers, passwords, or images of identity documents. If a participating lawyer needs additional detail, they can request it directly through their own secure process.

If something feels wrong

If you receive contact you did not expect, if anyone claims we guaranteed an outcome, or if you want your request withdrawn, tell us and we will stop pursuing it. We do not use pressure tactics, and no one at AnswerSignalApp is authorized to promise a legal result.

Internal editorial review: this page was reviewed internally by the AnswerSignalApp team for consumer-safety wording and intake clarity. It is not legal advice, it was not reviewed or approved by an attorney, and it does not describe legal rights, deadlines, or outcomes. Last internally reviewed: August 2026.

Consumer safety FAQ

Does AnswerSignalApp contact accident victims it finds in records or reports?
No. We do not scrape, purchase, or solicit from crash reports, arrest logs, hospital records, or victim lists. Every request we review is one a consumer chose to submit through our own form.
Does AnswerSignalApp obtain medical records or hospital data?
No. We do not acquire medical records, hospital data, or medical-provider data, and we ask consumers not to send medical record numbers or clinical documents through intake.
Is AnswerSignalApp approved by The Florida Bar?
No. Nothing on this site is a claim of Florida Bar approval, endorsement, sponsorship, or certification. Qualifying-provider obligations are standards we design and operate toward, and they remain subject to ongoing compliance review.
What happens if I already have a lawyer?
If you tell us you are already represented for the matter, we do not route it to another participating lawyer and we do not contact your current lawyer for you. Questions about your representation belong with your current lawyer.
Do I have to talk to a lawyer who contacts me?
No. You choose whether to speak with anyone, whether to continue a conversation, and whether to hire anyone. A connection is an introduction, not an obligation, and no lawyer is retained merely because you submitted a form.
What should I never put in an intake request?
Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, medical record numbers, insurance member IDs, financial account numbers, passwords, and photos of identity documents. A plain description of your situation is enough for intake review.
