AnswerSignalApp exists to make the first step easier: a consumer describes a Florida legal situation in plain language, and that request is reviewed for possible connection to a participating Florida attorney. We are the intake layer — not the lawyer.
What AnswerSignalApp is
AnswerSignalApp is a consumer-facing intake and connection service operating under its own name. Its role is administrative: publish clear information about how intake works, collect a consumer's request with their consent, review the request against non-legal intake factors, and — where a participating lawyer is eligible and available — introduce the request to that lawyer so the lawyer can decide whether to contact the consumer.
The service is designed and operated toward Florida qualifying-provider standards, including using our own provider name, connecting consumers only with lawyers lawfully permitted to practice law in Florida, and disclosing a participating lawyer's location when a connection is made. Those obligations are ongoing standards we operate toward and remain subject to compliance review; nothing on this site should be read as a claim of completed certification, approval, or Bar endorsement.

Florida-only scope
The service is limited to matters connected to Florida, and to two intake paths today: Florida personal injury and Florida criminal defense. Coverage within Florida depends on which participating lawyers are available for a given region and matter type at the time a request is reviewed, so availability can change.
How we think about consumers
A person filling out an intake form after a crash or an arrest is not a lead to be pushed. Practically, that means opt-in requests only, no purchased or scraped victim lists, no pressure scripts, no fake countdowns, and no promises about what any lawyer will do. A consumer can always decide not to speak with a lawyer who contacts them, and can ask that their request not be pursued further.
